The 2025 IIBEC BES will take place at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel, St. Louis Missouri, October 26-28, 2025.

• December 6, 2024: Call for Abstracts opens 
   
• January 17, 2025: Call for Abstracts closes
   
• January 20-26, 2025: Judges (Committee) scoring of abstracts
   
• February 14, 2025: Abstract acceptance/declines sent
   
• May 5, 2025: Draft papers due
   
• August 4, 2025: Final papers, draft presentations, and draft assessment questions due
   
• October 10, 2025: Final presentations and assessment questions due
